【报告人简介】Dr. Tao Wang runs a topcomputational immunology lab in UT Southwestern Medical Center. Statistics,informatics, medicine, and biology are the four integral pillars of hisinterdisciplinary research program. Dr. Wang has been working on mining publicand in-house high throughput data to achieve a deeper understanding of themechanisms of various human diseases. The ultimate goal of Wang lab is toimpact the prognosis and treatment of patients suffering from various diseases,through modeling of high dimensional data, especially genomics data. Dr. TaoWang has published a series of papers, such as Nature Methods (2021, 2022),Science Immunology (2020), Nature Machine Intelligence (2021, 2022), and Cell(2019).
